EXPERIENCE

London Structures Lab a collective of passionate engineers who have come together to celebrate their differences and enjoy their similarities. The similarities include a love of design, of sustainability, of digital innovation and efficiency, and a belief in the benefit good design can bring to society. We believe these components are essential to the quality of what we offer clients and collaborators. Whilst experience is essential in early assessments, analysing risk and defining strategy, we appreciate that no one person can experience everything, we use our combined knowledge and listen to the experience of our team, collaborators and associates to ensure the best project outcomes.

WHAT WE DO

At London Structures Lab, we believe in building more than just structures—we are building a collective. Beyond our passion for engineering, we engage in team activities that work on our creativity, collaboration, and well-being. We are committed to attracting and supporting diverse talent, valuing insight, perspective and emotional intelligence alongside technical capability. Whether it's our annual summer team day out, Christmas activity day, or coming together for social gatherings, we cherish the connections we make that extend beyond just our work.

We actively support our team to engage with the built environment, bring insights back to share- through industry forums, teaching or joining industry events- particularly those focussed on advancing sustainable construction. Every morning we catch up to check in on each other; we host lunchtime sessions to share our knowledge, and have guests come in to talk about new innovations and products in the construction industry; and at the end of the month we take an afternoon to do something different- tour a building, share company news and hold open forums to propose and discuss innovations that we can pursue as a team.
